Terms and Conditions of Sale

Condizioni generali

Ogni nostra moneta viene accuratamente selezionata ed esaminata con il

massimo rigore al fine di garantire per tutti i nostri clienti

un servizio impeccabile.

Tutte le monete in vendita sono provviste del nostro sigillo di certificazione.

La moneta che riceverete sarà sempre quella proposta in fotografia.

Consapevoli di quanto il grado di conservazione di una moneta incida

fortemente sul suo valore di mercato e di conseguenza sul costo d'acquisto,

prestiamo sempre la massima scrupolosità nel nostro processo

di valutazione.

Siamo fermamente convinti che questo nostro modus operandi,

oltre a garantire la piena soddisfazione del cliente più esigente,

ne protegga e ne rivaluti il capitale investito nel corso del tempo.

Spedizione

Le monete viaggiano sempre in busta imbottita, dovutamente sigillata

onde evitare qualsiasi manomissione. A spedizione effettuata,

invieremo tutti i dati necessari per la tracciabilità del vostro ordine.

Restituzione

Per ogni transazione applichiamo la formula "Soddisfatti o Rimborsati".

Questo metodo consente al compratore di rendere la merce

qualora non risulti conforme a descrizione o non sia stata gradita.

L'eventuale merce resa dovrà essere rispedita entro 10 giorni dalla consegna.

Il rimborso avverrà ad avvenuto recapito del reso.

Ricordiamo che è fondamentale far pervenire la merce nel medesimo

stato in cui è stata venduta.

Non si accetteranno pertanto merci manipolate o danneggiate

(es. monete deturpate, pulite, lucidate o manomissioni del loro sigillo).
